General

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Roadside Tire Service. By using our services, the customer agrees to these terms.

Services

Roadside Tire Service offers a mobile tire service where we help with changing, repairing, or replacing tires on location. Roadside Tire Service performs the tire service on site, such as during roadside emergencies, in parking lots, or at home, depending on the arrangements made. We provide transportation of the right materials and tools to complete the job.

Liability

We do not accept liability for damage to the customer's vehicle that is not directly related to our work. Damage caused by third parties or external factors will not be compensated by Roadside Tire Service.

Prices and Payment

All prices for our mobile tire service are subject to change and will be agreed upon with the customer in advance. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered by Roadside Tire Service. We kindly request customers to pay the total amount directly on location, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Policy for Tires and Accessories

Roadside Tire Service does not offer a return option for mounted tires and accessories. This return policy applies because:

• Once mounted, tires cannot be returned as new.
• Roadside Tire Service cannot guarantee that a mounted tire will be suitable for use after removal.

Warranties and Defects

The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to tires supplied and mounted by us. In case of a defective tire, we will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the warranty conditions.

No Liability After Modifications

If a customer decides to replace or modify the mounted tires themselves, any form of liability or warranty on the previously mounted tires will be void.

Complaints

Complaints about the services provided must be submitted in writing to Roadside Tire Service within 14 days after the service was performed. We will process the complaint and do our best to find a solution. Complaints regarding the work carried out should be submitted to Roadside Tire Service.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation of the order by the customer is possible. However, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the agreed time of service, Roadside Tire Service reserves the right to charge costs. If a deposit has been made, it will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Changes

Roadside Tire Service reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version is always available on our website and applies to all new services provided after the change.

Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
